That is how one 2024 event participant described a Mamas In Waiting experience. This year, we are back, bringing even more connection and inspiration with Sisters In Bloom: Joy In the Waiting.

The Sisters In Bloom Brunch is a one-of-a-kind event taking place on Saturday May 3rd from 11am-2pm ET at Zinnia restaurant in Silver Spring, MD to honor, love and inspire Black women on an especially challenging journey to motherhood.

Together we will gather as Mamas In Waiting—and those who love them—to remind one another that no matter where we are and no matter what our stories, we deserve JOY, even in the waiting!

There is truly nothing like sharing space with women who get it; who understand what it is like to be in a period of waiting when it comes to their motherhood journey: for pregnancy, for a living child, for adoption, for healing, for direction or even just for peace.
